These Terms of Service govern your use of runemedia.co and any services offered by Rune Media Group ("Rune Media," "we," "our," or "us"). By visiting our website or booking a strategy call with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Rune Media Group provides Meta ads management services for business owners. This includes campaign strategy, audience targeting, ad creative direction, campaign setup, ongoing optimization, and monthly reporting. The specific scope of services provided to any client will be agreed upon separately prior to engagement.
We reserve the right to decline to work with any prospective client at our discretion, and to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
Booking a strategy call through our website does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter into a paid engagement. Strategy calls are provided at no cost and are intended to help both parties evaluate whether working together is a good fit. Any paid engagement will be formalized through a separate written agreement.

Any ad copy, creative strategy, or campaign materials we develop for you as part of a paid engagement become your property upon receipt of full payment for that work. We retain the right to reference your campaign results in aggregate and anonymized form for internal analysis and business development purposes, unless you have requested otherwise in writing.
The Rune Media Group name, logo, and website content are our property and may not be used without our written permission.
We work hard to deliver strong results for every client, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your ad budget, market conditions, your offer, Meta platform changes, and audience behavior. Nothing on our website constitutes a guarantee of revenue, leads, or return on ad spend.
Our services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rune Media Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rune Media Group and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third party right.
Our services involve the use of third party platforms including Meta, GoHighLevel, and others. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms, their policies, or their performance. Your use of any third party platform is subject to that platform's own terms and policies.
Either party may terminate a services engagement by providing written notice as specified in the separate client agreement. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Colorado.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the date at the bottom of this page will be updated. Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
